Getting there early enough to shoot the stars, we ended up staying for close to 4 hours. Had I not forgotten my gloves and had frostbite on my hands, we might have stayed longer. So many amazing things to shoot and experience up there. Visiting Haleakala for the sunrise was certainly a spiritual event for me.
