Honestly, I don’t think there’s a bad spot on the island to admire the sunset.
Maui sunsets have a special place in my heart, and I’m pretty sure there’s one in yours, too.

If you’re on Twitter and are following a few tweeps from Maui, you might have noticed last night’s sunset was pretty amazing. And thanks to this little 140-character service and complimentary sites like TwitPic, you don’t even have to live in Maui to partake in this nightly magic moment.

Maui Sunset Time Lapse
A little something I shot last year from our lanai at the Sheraton Maui Resort. It consists of 80 photos taken on a timer via my laptop and rendered together with Photoshop. And while photos of sunsets are nice, this little sequence has it’s own special place in my memory.
